cestabasica01O Departamento Intersindical de Estatística e Estudos Socioeconômicos (Dieese) apontou que queda de preço da cesta básica em 25 capitais.

A Cesta Básica em Vitória custou R$ 438,85, em novembro. Uma variação de -2,30 % em relação ao mês de outubro. A capital capixaba é uma das 25 que tiveram redução no valor da cesta. O conjunto dos alimentos que compõem a cesta básica só ficou mais cara em Macapá (0,13%) e Rio Branco (0,37%). Das 27 capitais brasileiras onde é feita a Pesquisa Nacional da Cesta Básica de Alimentos a maior queda ocorreu em Boa Vista (-7,35 %), seguida de Recife (-5,10%), Cuiabá (-4,68%), Salvador (-4,48%), Belo Horizonte (-4,20 %) e São Paulo (-4,08%) .

O maior valor da cesta foi apurado em Porto Alegre (R$ 469,04 ). Na sequência das mais caras  aparecem: Florianópolis (R$ 466,25) e São Paulo (R$ 450,39 ). Em sentido oposto, os menores custos foram encontrados em Recife (R$ 353,08 ) e Natal (R$ 354,59).

No acumulado de janeiro a novembro, todas as 27 cidades onde é feita a pesquisa apresentaram avanços, com destaque para Maceió (22,95%), Rio Branco (22,44%), Aracaju (20,53%) e Fortaleza (18,62%). Entre as capitais onde os preços subiram com menos intensidade estão: Recife (5,76%), Manaus (7,18%), Curitiba (7,55%) e São Paulo (7,72%).

Pelos cálculos do Dieese, o salário mínimo ideal para suprir as necessidades de uma família composta por quatro pessoas em novembro deveria ser de R$3.940, valor 4,48 vezes acima do atual (R$ 880). Em outubro, o mínimo ideal era R$ 4.016, ou 4,56 vezes o salário mínimo em vigor.

Segundo o levantamento, os principais itens que contribuíram para a redução do custo da cesta foram o leite integral, o feijão, o tomate e a batata. No sentido contrário, ficaram mais caros o café em pó, o açúcar e a carne bovina de primeira.

O preço do feijão carioquinha baixou em todas as capitais, com variações entre -24,83% (em Belém) e -0,53% (em Rio Branco). Segundo o Dieese, a queda se explica pela intenção de se resgatar o consumidor, que andava afugentado pelos altos preços praticados no mercado. Além disso, houve a entrada da terceira safra no mercado de abastecimento.

No caso do feijão preto, ocorreram oscilações para cima e para baixo. O produto ficou mais caro em Porto Alegre (2,66%), Florianópolis (2,49%) e Curitiba (1,71%). E diminuiu de preço em Vitória (-2,82%) e no Rio de Janeiro (-0,39%).

Entre os produtos com aumento a carne bovina apareceu mais cara em 18 cidades, com taxas que variaram de 0,04%, em João Pessoa e 4,28%, em Vitória. Nas nove cidades restantes onde o preço ficou mais conta, as quedas mais significativas foram: de 1,18%, em Salvador e de 1,03%, em Porto Velho.
