Caixa divulga calendário de saques do FGTS inativo de 2017

Agências da Caixa abrirão aos sábados para atender quem deseja sacar e ter informações.

A Caixa Econômica Federal divulgou, na manhã desta terça (14), o calendário de saques do FGTS inativo. Os pagamentos serão realizados entre março e julho. Beneficiários nascidos nos meses de janeiro e fevereiro poderão procurar as agências entre os dias 10 de março e 9 de abril. Quem nasceu em março, abril e maio vai sacar entre 10 de abril e 11 de maio. Trabalhadores nascidos nos meses de junho, julho e agosto vão sacar entre os dias 12 de maio e 15 de junho. Nascidos em setembro, outubro e novembro vão receber os valores em entre 16 de junho e 13 de julho. Os trabalhadores nascidos em dezembro vão fazer o saque entre os dias 14 e 31 de julho.

A Caixa criou uma página especial e um serviço telefônico para tratar das contas inativas no site do banco. O banco orienta que os trabalhadores acessem o endereço www.caixa.gov.br/contasinativas ou liguem no 0800-726-2017, para que possam, de forma personalizada, saber o valor, data e local mais convenientes para os saques. Os beneficiários também podem acessar o aplicativo FGTS para saber se têm saldo em contas inativas, mas é necessário lembrar que os saques só podem ser feitos em contas que foram desativadas até  31 de dezembro de 2015. Para reforçar os atendimentos, a Caixa vai abrir as agências em nos primeiros sábados dos cronogramas mensais de pagamento (com exceção de abril, mês que o cronograma de pagamentos coincide com a Semana Santa). As datas serão 18 de fevereiro, 11 de março, 13 de maio, 17 de junho e 15 de julho.

Como sacar o FGTS inativo

Os beneficiários terão quatro opções para recebimento dos valores: quem tem conta-corrente na Caixa poderá pedir o recebimento do crédito em conta, por meio do site das contas inativas. O saque também pode ser feito em caixas eletrônicos. Para valores de até R$ 1.500, é possível sacar só com a senha do cartão do Cidadão, mesmo que o beneficiário tenha perdido o documento. Para valores de até R$ 3.000, o saque pode ser feito com Cartão do Cidadão e a respectiva senha.

A retirada dos valores do FGTS inativo também pode ser feita em agências lotéricas e correspondentes Caixa Aqui. Neste caso, o beneficiário vai precisar do Cartão do Cidadão, da respectiva senha e de um documento de identificação.

Há, ainda, a possibilidade de retirar o dinheiro diretamente nas agências bancárias. Os documentos necessários são o número de inscrição do PIS e o documento de identificação do trabalhador. É recomendado levar também o comprovante da extinção do vínculo (carteira de trabalho ou Termo de Rescisão do Contrato de Trabalho).

A Caixa Econômica Federal vai manter 1.891 agências abertas um sábado por mês, das 9h às 15h, para atender aos trabalhadores que querem sacar os recursos das contas inativas do FGTS. Além disso, de quarta (15) até sexta (17), todas as agências do banco abrirão duas horas mais cedo. O objetivo é prestar informações e fazer atualização cadastral de trabalhadores que possuem contas inativas do FGTS e têm interesse em sacar os recursos a partir de 10 de março, quando começa o calendário de retiradas. O regime nestes horários de atendimento será de dedicação exclusiva ao assunto FGTS. Ou seja: não haverá outro tipo de atendimento (abertura de conta, pagamento de fatura etc).
