Vila Velha vai implantar sistema de aluguel de bicicleta

A Prefeitura de Vila Velha vai implantar pelo menos dez estações de compartilhamento de bicicletas no município. O processo da permissão pública já está bem adiantado, com a elaboração do termo de referência e a regulamentação do serviço.

Na semana passada, o prefeito de Vila Velha, Max Filho, sancionou a lei nº 5.833/17, que institui a política de incentivo ao uso de bicicleta no município, o “Bike Vila Velha”, um compromisso de campanha do prefeito que virou projeto de lei de autoria do vereador Bruno Lorenzutti.

Os estudos sobre a regulamentação e o termo de referência para a permissão do serviço já estão praticamente prontos. Inicialmente, as estações serão instaladas em locais onde há uma estrutura cicloviária, como na orla, centro da cidade e na Glória.

Pelo sistema de compartilhamento, primeiro os usuários fazem um cadastro, depois retiram e devolvem as bicicletas utilizadas nos trajetos entre as estações. A utilização da bicicleta é tarifada depois de percorrido um tempo gratuitamente que ainda será definido.

“Duas empresas se mostraram interessadas em atuar no sistema, mas as contribuições estão sendo analisadas”, disse o secretário de Desenvolvimento Urbano e Mobilidade, Antônio Marcus Machado. Segundo ele, a formalização final da concessão ou Parceria Público Privada (PPP) do sistema de compartilhamento de bicicletas deve estar pronto no início de agosto desse ano.

O anel cicloviário de Vila Velha interliga a orla ao centro da cidade, com contornos nas avenidas Darly Santos e Carlos Lindenberg, além de ramais nos bairros em pouco mais de 46 quilômetros de extensão.
