A Tocha Olímpica chega ao Espírito Santo nesta segunda-feira (16) para percorrer nove cidades em três dias. Cachoeiro de Itapemirim será a primeira cidade a receber a tocha. Já na terça (17), a tocha percorre os municípios de Guarapari, Vila Velha e Vitória, onde permanece durante a noite. Pela manhã da quarta (18), o símbolo olímpico inicia seu percurso no último dia em terras capixabas, passando por Serra, Aracruz, Linhares, Colatina e São Mateus, onde permanece durante a noite. Na quinta-feira (19), segue para a Bahia.
Os capixabas poderão ver de pertinho o símbolo olímpico e para que todos possam prestigiar o evento e os municípios, além de apoiar o esporte e turismo capixaba, a Secretária de Turismo (Setur) preparou um resumo do trajeto da Tocha no Espírito Santo.
Trajeto da Tocha Olímpica no Espírito Santo:
Cachoeiro (Segunda-feira, 16/05): A primeira recepção à tocha no Estado será próximo a Ponte do Arco em Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, na Rua Amâncio Silva. A previsão de chegada é 18 horas. Continua em revezamentos entre 26 atletas pelas ruas Doutor Deolindo, Vinte e Cinco de Março, Capitão Deslandes, Coronel Francisco Braga e João de Deus. Depois segue para a Casa de Cultura Roberto Carlos e, logo após, retorna para a Rua Coronel Francisco Braga em destino a Avenida Beira Rio. Percorre toda a extensão da via e retorna na rotatória, próximo a Ponte Guadalajara.
O revezamento retorna pela Rua Bernardo Horta com chegada à antiga estação ferroviária para acendimento da pira olímpica. Celebrações culturais serão realizadas no palco olímpico, montado pelo próprio comitê organizador que chega à cidade um dia antes. A tocha olímpica pernoita na cidade e, no dia seguinte, segue para Guarapari. Na cidade, será proibido estacionar nas vias que os condutores da tocha olímpica irão passar, a partir das 23h59 do domingo (15).
Guarapari (Terça-feira, 17/05): Saindo de Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, o comboio segue para de Guarapari pela manha. O revezamento na cidade saúde começa no Radium Hotel e segue pela Avenida Joaquim da Silva e Rua Henrique Coutinho. Em seguida, a tocha percorre o trecho da orla do canal até a ponte, passa pelo trevo dos guarás e, com uma pequena passagem pela Rodovia do Sol, segue para orla da Prainha de Muquiçaba, passando pela Avenida Beira Mar com destino ao Marlim Azul, ponto final do revezamento na cidade.
O trajeto que se iniciará às 8h20 se estenderá por 4,5 km pelo município, com previsão de duração para pouco mais de uma hora. O revezamento termina às 9h30 no Marlim Azul, com destino a Vila Velha. Na cidade será proibido estacionar nas vias que os condutores da tocha olímpica irão passar, entre às 17 horas da segunda (16) e às 12 horas da terça-feira (17). Os locais serão interditados no momento da passagem da chama.
Vila Velha (Terça-feira, 17/05): Saindo de Guarapari, a tocha olímpica chega a Vila Velha e inicia seu percurso na Fundação Bradesco, na Rodovia Darly Santos, ao lado do Terminal de Itaparica, às 10h20. Segue pelas ruas Buenos Aires, Cleodon Bezerra, Montevideo e outras vias do Bairro Araças, e passa pelos bairros Guaranhus, Ilha dos Bentos, Cocal, Praia das Gaivotas e Santa Mônica. O percurso de orla se inicia na Praia de Itaparica, seguindo por Itapoã e Praia da Costa. Depois de passar pelo Centro, a Prainha é o destino final da Tocha Olímpica na cidade canela verde, que atravessa a baía de Vitória de barco em direção à Capital.
Ao todo, o trajeto terá 13 km, sendo proibido estacionar nas 21 ruas e avenidas do município no dia da passagem da tocha. Com o decorrer do evento, as ruas serão liberadas. Já a interdição total da via, se dará duas horas antes da passagem da tocha nos respectivos lugares.
Vitória (Terça-feira, 17/05): A capital capixaba será a última cidade a receber a tocha na terça-feira (17). Chegando pelo mar, o símbolo olímpico inicia seu percurso às 13h30 no píer da Enseada do Suá, atrás do Shopping Vitória, e segue rumo a Mata da Praia pela Orla de Camburi. A tocha passará ainda pelas Avenidas Adalberto Simão Nader, Fernando Ferrari e Reta da Penha.
A tocha passa pelos bairros Narareh, Jucutuquara, Ilha de Santa Maria, Centro de Vitória, Parque Moscoso e vai até o Tancredão (próximo a 2° Ponte), seguindo pela Avenida Beira Mar até a Praça do Papa, onde haverá um palco montado para apresentações culturais. Os 32 km de percurso serão interditados durante a passagem da tocha, e o estacionamento será proibido em algumas vias na segunda (16) e terça-feira (17).
Serra (Quarta-feira, 18/05): Após passar a noite na capital, a tocha inicia o terceiro dia no Espírito Santo no município de Serra, na manhã da quarta-feira (18). Percorrerá duas importantes regiões da cidade, o Parque Residencial Laranjeiras e a Região Histórica de Serra Sede.
O trajeto começará na Rua Eudes Scherrer de Souza em Laranjeiras. Passando pela Avenida Central, Norte Sul e pelo Parque da Cidade. A tocha passa ainda por Serra Sede, com chegada à Prefeitura às 9 horas e segue para Aracruz.
Aracruz (Quarta-feira, 18/05): A previsão é de que a tocha inicie o percurso de 3,4 km na sede da Prefeitura, por volta de 9h30 e passa por diversas ruas do município, até a chegada na Praça da Paz. No local, 18 condutores serão responsáveis em levar o fogo olímpico. Na cidade, o bloqueio das vias começa às 23 horas da terá-feira (17). Elas serão liberadas após a passagem do fogo olímpico.
Colatina (Quarta-feira, 18/05): A tocha olímpica chega à cidade na tarde de quarta-feira (18), por volta do meio-dia e percorrerá 5,5 km, começando na Avenida Beira Rio até a Praça do Sol Poente, com retorno pela Avenida Getúlio Vargas. A tocha passa ainda pela Ponte Florentino Ávidos e segue para o Bairro São Silvano, finalizando o trajeto na pracinha da Igreja Matriz por volta das 13 horas. As interdições no transito da cidade, ocorrerão a partir das 7 horas.
Linhares (Quarta-feira, 18/05): O trajeto da cidade se inicia em torno das 15 horas, próximo a Praça Bittencourt, na Avenida Felipe Calmon, e percorre dezenas de ruas da cidade, passando pela Praça 22 de Agosto e Avenida Presidente Getúlio Vargas, com final na Avenida Argenio Garcia Duarte, próximo ao Fórum.
São Mateus (Quarta-feira, 18/05): O trajeto de São Mateus começa no balneário de Guriri, na Avenida Guriri. Segue de carro para a cidade e retoma o trajeto a pé, na Praça Amélia Boroto, depois continua até o Sitio Histórico de São Mateus. Depois de percorrer o centro da cidade, o comboio segue até o palco montado em frente à Igreja Velha, onde acontecerão shows, encerrando a participação capixaba do tour. A tocha pernoita na cidade e, pela manhã, segue para o estado da Bahia.

As 83 cidades de pernoite incluem as 26 capitais estaduais, além do Distrito Federal. Além do carregador, o revezamento envolve todo um comboio de veículos, que deve passar por cerca de 500 cidades: 300 receberão o revezamento propriamente dito e outras 200 assistirão à passagem do comboio com a chama exposta. Durante a passagem da tocha olímpica, vias serão bloqueadas, e medidas de segurança estão previstas pelo Comitê Olímpico Internacional (COI).
Todo o percurso foi montado sob a premissa do maior número possível de pessoas impactadas, dentro do período pré-estabelecido para a duração total do revezamento. A estimativa do Comitê Rio 2016, somando a população de todos os pontos de passagem da tocha, é que 90% dos brasileiros acompanhem o revezamento.
Serão 12 mil condutores, cada um percorrendo cerca de 200 metros com sua tocha (o que é passado de uma para outra é a chama Olímpica, a mesma acesa ainda na Grécia). Serão 20 mil quilômetros por estradas e ruas brasileiras e mais 10 mil milhas aéreas em trechos das Regiões Norte e Centro-Oeste, entre Teresina e Campo Grande – sem que o fogo se apague.
A viagem começou no último dia 3, em Brasília, e se encerrará no dia 5 de agosto de 2016, quando o último condutor da Tocha acenderá a Pira Olímpica durante a Cerimônia de Abertura dos Jogos, no Estádio do Maracanã.
A Tocha Rio 2016 é feita de alumínio reciclado, cheia de cores, dando referência às belezas culturais e naturais do País. O amarelo vai representar o sol e o ouro; o verde, as montanhas, morros e vales; o azul, os mares e os rios. A tocha ainda remete ao tradicional e famoso calçadão de Copacabana.
