O Brasil tinha 12,1 milhões de pessoas desempregadas em novembro, de acordo com a Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílio Contínua (Pnad Contínua) feita pelo IBGE. Isso equivale a 11,9% de pessoas desocupadas no trimestre móvel encerrado em novembro. A taxa de desocupação e o contingente de pessoas sem trabalho são os mais altos da série histórica da iniciada em 2012 .

Os dados foram divulgados nesta quinta (29), pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE) e são semelhantes aos do trimestre móvel imediatamente anterior (junho a agosto), quando a taxa de desocupação fechou em 11,8%. Em relação ao mesmo trimestre do ano anterior, foi registrada uma alta de 2,9 pontos percentuais.
Os número de desempregados teve um crescimento de 33,1% em relação ao mesmo trimestre do ano passado – o equivalente a 3 milhões de pessoas a mais em busca de trabalho. O contingente de pessoas ocupadas hoje é de 90,2 milhões.
O número de empregados no setor privado com carteira de trabalho assinada ficou estável em relação ao trimestre anterior, fechando em 34,1 milhões de pessoas. Em relação ao mesmo trimestre de 2015, houve queda de 3,7%.
Já o número de empregados no setor privado sem carteira de trabalho assinada cresceu 2,4%,, e chegou a 10,5 milhões de pessoas . Quando comparado ao mesmo trimestre móvel do ano passado, houve um aumento de 3,5%.
A Pnad Contínua no trimestre móvel encerrado em novembro indica ainda que os trabalhadores por conta própria são 21,9 milhões, uma queda de 1,3% frente ao trimestre anterior. Em relação ao mesmo período de 2015, a queda foi de 3%.
Por outro lado, o contingente de empregadores, estimado em 4,2 milhões de pessoas, teve crescimento de 5,5% no trimestre. Em relação ao mesmo período do ano anterior, esse contingente manteve-se estável.
Tiveram retração no trimestre os setores de agrucultura, pecuária, produção florestal, pesca e agricultura (-3,9%) e de construção (-2,2%).
O crescimento aconteceu nos grupamentos de alojamento e alimentação (4,6%) e de outros serviços (alta de 5,7%) . Segundo o IBGE, os demais grupamentos permaneceram estáveis.
Rendimento médio
O rendimento médio real habitualmente recebido pelas pessoas ocupadas fechou o trimestre móvel encerrado em novembro em R$ 2.032, ficando estatisticamente estável frente ao trimestre de junho a agosto de 2016 (R$ 2.027) e também em relação ao mesmo trimestre do ano anterior (R$ 2.041).
A única ocupação que teve queda no rendimento médio real habitual no trimestre de 2016 foi a dos trabalhadores por conta própria (-2,7%). As demais categorias não variaram. Já em relação ao mesmo trimestre de 2015, os empregadores tiveram queda no rendimento (-5,9%) e as outras categorias ficaram estáveis.
Já por grupamento de atividade, o único que apresentou variação no rendimento médio real habitual no trimestre foi o da agricultura, pecuária, produção florestal, pesca e agricultura, com alta de 3,5%. A estimativa permaneceu estável em todos os outros grupamentos de atividade.
