Farmácia Cidadã Estadual atinge 100% de cobertura de medicamentos

De segunda (21) a sexta (25), as Farmácias Cidadãs Estaduais (Vitória, Vila Velha, Serra, Cariacica, Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, Venda Nova do Imigrante, Colatina, Linhares, Nova Venécia e São Mateus), alcançaram uma cobertura de 100% no abastecimento de medicamentos padronizados de responsabilidade de aquisição pelo Governo do Estado.

De acordo com a gerente Estadual de Assistência Farmacêutica da Secretaria de Estado da Saúde (Sesa), Gabrieli Fernandes Freitas, esse resultado não é alcançado desde 2015, e é resultado do trabalho das equipes que atuam nos processos de compra e distribuição dos medicamentos.

“Desde 2015 não alcançamos esta marca. Esse resultado é fruto da reorganização do planejamento de compras. Também readequamos os processos de compras dos medicamentos, dos trabalhos nas farmácias e também no almoxarifado. Também acompanhamos os estoques e, sempre que há aumento de demanda de um determinado medicamento, reorganizamos um processo de compras com novo quantitativo”, disse a gerente.

As Farmácias Cidadãs Estaduais são responsáveis pela distribuição de medicamentos usados contra doenças crônicas de tratamento prolongado e de alto custo, como mal de Alzheimer, hipertensão pulmonar, hepatites B e C, entre outras.
