Parque Botânico Vale tem diversas atividades no Dia Nacional da Saúde

Atividades físicas diversas com foco em bem-estar vão marcar a passagem do Dia Nacional da Saúde, celebrado neste sábado, dia 5 de agosto, no Parque Botânico Vale. Aulas de zumba, balé fitness, muay thai, ritmos de cruzeiro, alongamento, cross training, oficinas de atletismo, dança e circo para crianças, além de atendimentos de massoterapia, fazem parte da programação, que é gratuita e direcionada ao público em geral.

As ações previstas para ocorrer durante o dia terão início às 9 horas, com o bate-papo “Falando de Saúde”. Na ocasião será tratada a importância de adotar um estilo de vida saudável, além de dicas e orientações para alcançar esse objetivo.

Às 9h30 terá início o “Circuito Cross Training”, na Área Verde do Parque e, na sequência, a partir das 10h, o anfiteatro se transformará num espaço dedicado à prática de atividades físicas diversas, com aulas de zumba, fight fit, zumba strong, super fit e disco dance. Essas atividades voltam a ocorrer no período da tarde, das 15h30 às 17h.

Além do “aulão”, haverá também opções para quem preferir praticar a sua modalidade esportiva preferida de forma segmentada. Às 11h30 e às 15h serão ofertadas aulas de super step, alongamento, muay thai, ballet power e ritmos de cruzeiro.

Também estão previstas demonstração e aula de cross training às 9h30; oficinas para o público infantil voltadas para o conhecimento e para a prática das diferentes modalidades do atletismo (10h às 12h e 14h às 17h); oficinas de dança para crianças com foco em consciência corporal, alongamento, ritmos e movimentos (11h e 16h); exames de aferição de pressão e de bioimpedância, orientação nutricional, caminhada segura, clínica de ergonomia e teste de flexibilidade (das 10h às 12h e das 14h às 17h); circuito de massagens e relaxamento, com atendimentos individuais e disponibilização de aparelhos específicos de massagem (das 10h às 12h e das 14h às 17h).

Todas as atividades são gratuitas e direcionadas a toda família. Para participar, basta ir ao Parque Botânico Vale no dia do evento e apresentar-se no local de cada atividade. Mais informações podem ser obtidas pelo telefone 3333-6200.

Sobre o Parque Botânico Vale

Com 33 hectares de área verde, o Parque Botânico Vale está localizado no cinturão verde do Complexo de Tubarão. O funcionamento é de terça a domingo, das 8h às 17h, e a entrada é gratuita. Recentemente, o Parque teve a sua área verde ampliada, que passou a ter mais 1.300 metros quadrados, além de uma Fonte dos Desejos.

Quem visita o local tem a oportunidade de conhecer o primeiro Jardim Sensorial permanente do Espírito Santo, estrutura que tem o objetivo de estimular os cinco sentidos e promover uma forma diferenciada de interação com a natureza. O parque conta também com o Vagão do Conhecimento, biblioteca com capacidade para 3.500 exemplares, montada em um vagão de trem, e com acervo de audiolivros, voltado para deficientes visuais.

No Parque Botânico Vale está instalado também o único orquidário da Grande Vitória aberto à comunidade. O espaço conta hoje com mais de 350 mudas divididas em 113 espécies. No Parque, o visitante pode ainda frequentar o parquinho e fazer trilhas ecológicas pela área de restauração florestal – que já possui mais de 140 tipos de espécies arbóreas de Mata Atlântica e alguns animais silvestres. Também é possível agendar uma visita guiada de ônibus às instalações da Vale, em Tubarão.
