O pedágio da Terceira Ponte sobe para R$ 1,00 a partir da segunda (20). O anuncio dos novos valores foi feito nesta sexta (17) pelo diretor-geral da ARSP, Antônio Júlio Castiglioni Neto. O reajuste foi de 5,26% e atendeu à decisão do juiz da 2ª Vara da Fazenda Pública, Felippe Monteiro Morgado Horta, que havia determinado o reajuste.
Desde 2013 – também por decisão judicial –, que os valores do pedágio da Terceira Ponte foram fixados apenas para garantir sua manutenção. À época, foi fixado em R$ 0,80 (somente automóveis). Em 2016, seguindo os mesmos parâmetros anteriormente utilizados e, da mesma forma, acatando decisão judicial, a ARSP reajustou o pedágio para R$ 0,95 (automóveis) – tarifa essa que vigorava até o presente momento.
O Ministério Público, no entanto, discorda do reajuste e estuda recurso à decisão da Justiça.
“O MP discorda do valor, por entender que a tarifa cobrada pela manutenção da via contempla a rubrica “conservação especial”, que, no contrato de concessão da ponte, não é reconhecida como manutenção, mas sim como investimento. Ressalta também que este serviço não vem sendo prestado, razão pela qual inclusive a Rodosol já foi multada pela Agência de Regulação de Serviços Públicos (ARSP).”, disse o MP em nota.
