Prédios históricos podem ficar isentos de IPTU em 2018

Repórter Capixaba Espírito Santo, Grande Vitória 332

A vistoria dos 181 imóveis históricos protegidos por lei começou a ser feita em Vitória. Aqueles que estão em bom estado podem ter desconto de até 100% no Imposto sobre a Propriedade Predial e Territorial Urbana (IPTU) em 2018.

Este ano, 100 imóveis de interesse de preservação histórica em bom estado conseguiram desconto de 50% a 100%, como o Sesc Glória e o Convento São Francisco.

O benefício é previsto no decreto 14.072/08. O objetivo é incentivar a manutenção desses imóveis tão importantes para a cidade, segundo a secretária de Desenvolvimento da Cidade, Lenise Loureiro.

“Essa política é um sucesso para a cidade. Além dela, que incentiva a boa conservação dos imóveis importantes para a nossa história, também pensamos dar outros incentivos econômicos. No próximo Plano Diretor Urbano (PDU), há a proposta de que essas edificações possam ‘vender’ seus potenciais construtivos, gerando também mais renda para que os donos possam reinvestir nesse patrimônio histórico tão importante para valorização da cidade”, afirmou.

Quesitos

Vários quesitos na estrutura do imóvel e no estado de conservação são observados, entre eles, a situação do reboco e da pintura, a recuperação da cobertura e elementos de fachada, como esquadrias, vãos e adornos, segundo a coordenadora de Revitalização Urbana de Vitória, Anna Karine Bellini.

Cada item recuperado tem uma pontuação. A partir desse cálculo, os arquitetos e urbanistas da Secretaria de Desenvolvimento da Cidade classificam o estado da edificação.
