Refis: contribuintes podem negociar pagamento de débitos a partir de segunda

A partir da segunda (20), os contribuintes de Vitória poderão renegociar seus débitos de Impostos Sobre Serviços de Qualquer Natureza (ISSQN), Imposto sobre a Propriedade Predial e Territorial Urbana (IPTU), Imposto sobre a Transmissão de Bens Imóveis (ITBI), Taxas de Coleta de Resíduos Sólidos (TCRS) e Iluminação Pública (Cosip).

A prefeitura lançou o Programa de Incentivo à Regularização Fiscal com a Fazenda Pública de Vitória, o Refis. O programa tem como objetivos facilitar a quitação para quem tem dívida de impostos com o município e proporcionar condições para reduzir o passivo tributário que se formou ao longo dos anos, especialmente a dívida ativa. Serão duas etapas. A primeira acontece até julho; e a segunda, vai de julho a dezembro.

Para pagamento à vista ou parcelado em até oito vezes, desde que o vencimento da última parcela seja em 2017, não haverá cobrança de multa e juros.

No caso de pessoa física, a parcela não poderá ser menor que R$ 66,50. Já para as empresas, o pagamento mensal terá que ser de, pelo menos, R$ 265,94. Para pagamento à vista, não haverá cobrança de multa e juros.

O contribuinte que quiser participar do programa deve fazer o agendamento on-line  ou procurar um dos três locais abaixo levando documentos. O atendimento será de segunda a sexta-feira, das 12 às 19 horas:

Setor de Atendimento ao Contribuinte, localizado no térreo da Prefeitura de Vitória (avenida Marechal Mascarenhas de Moraes, 1.927, em Bento Ferreira).

Centro Integrado de Atendimento ao Cidadão (Ciac), localizado na rua Vitório Nunes da Mota, 220, Enseada do Suá.

São Pedro, na rodovia Serafim Derenzi, 4.570, loja 2, bairro São José (ao lado do Banestes).

Documentação obrigatória

Procuração específica com cópia do documento do procurador;

Cópia do termo de tutela ou curatela, acompanhada de cópia do documento de identidade do representante;

Cópia do termo do inventariante acompanhada de cópia do documento de identidade;

Cópia do documento de identidade do interessado, nos demais casos.

Os formulários para preenchimento estão disponíveis no Diário Oficial desta quarta (15), quando foi publicado o decreto nº 16.977, que regulamenta o Refis.
