De cada 10 micro e pequenos empresários, cerca de seis (59%) acreditam que a economia piorou nos últimos seis meses, aponta pesquisa do Serviço de Proteção ao Crédito (SPC Brasil) e da Confederação Nacional de Dirigentes Lojistas (CNDL). O dado faz parte do indicador que mede a confiança do empresariado de comércio e serviços. Ele é composto por percepções relacionadas ao último semestre – Indicador de Condições Gerais – e também de projeções dos próximos seis meses – Indicador de Expectativas.

Na composição geral, que considera os dois indicadores, houve melhora no índice. O Indicador de Confiança da Micro e Pequena Empresa chegou a 49 pontos, um acréscimo de 2,1 pontos percentuais na comparação com junho. Apesar da alta, no entanto, a pontuação segue em patamar de desconfiança com os negócios. O indicador varia de zero a 100, sendo que acima de 50 pontos reflete confiança. Em relação a julho do ano passado, a alta é de 4,3 pontos percentuais.

Na avaliação do presidente da CNDL, Honório Pinheiro, a oscilação positiva mostra que a “tímida melhora do cenário econômico, com a queda da inflação e das taxas de juros, pode em alguma medida criar boas expectativas no empresariado”. Ele acrescenta, como mecanismos que contribuem para “injetar ânimo” nas empresas, a liberação dos recursos do Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Serviço (FGTS) e a recuperação do crédito no primeiro semestre. “Impediram, por ora, que as incertezas políticas tivessem impacto maior na confiança”, avaliou Pinheiro.

O Indicador de Condições Gerais subiu de 32,2 pontos em junho para 37,3 pontos em julho deste ano. No mesmo mês do ano passado, o índice estava em 25,5 pontos. Segundo o SPC Brasil e a CNDL, a pontuação “permanece abaixo do nível neutro de 50 pontos, significa que para a maioria dos micro e pequenos empresários a situação econômica do país e de suas empresas vem piorando com o passar do tempo, embora em ritmo menos acelerado como no auge da crise”.

De acordo com as entidades responsáveis pela sondagem, a queda nas vendas é o sintoma mais perceptível para os que relatam piora nos negócios, tendo sido citada por 70% dos empresários. O aumento dos preços aparece em segundo lugar (14%) , “mesmo com a inflação bem controlada”, destacam os pesquisadores. O aumento da inadimplência como causa dos problemas é citado por 5% dos micro e pequenos empresários consultados.

O Indicador de Expectativas, por sua vez, apresentou recuo de 0,2 ponto percentual, passando de 58 em junho para 57,8 pontos em julho. No mesmo mês do ano passado, o índice maraca 59,1 pontos. “Desde o início da série, a avaliação acerca do passado tem ficado abaixo das expectativas para o futuro. Porém, com os resultados do último mês, a diferença entre os dois componentes do Indicador de Confiança reduziu-se ao seu menor valor”, diz nota de divulgação da pesquisa.

O levantamento mostra que 37% dos micro e pequenos empresários estão confiantes no futuro da economia. Os pessimistas somam 26%. Quando essa análise considera apenas a realidade da própria empresa do entrevistado, o índice chega a 55%. Outros15% manifestaram uma expectativa pessimista com relação futuro dos seus negócios.
