Vendas de material de construção aumentam em março

As vendas de material de construção no varejo brasileiro aumentaram 10% em março na comparação com fevereiro. No comparativo com março do ano passado, houve aumento de 12%, de acordo com pesquisa mensal da Associação Nacional dos Comerciantes de Material de Construção (Anamaco), que entrevistou 530 lojistas entre 28 e 31 de março. No primeiro trimestre do ano, o setor apresentou crescimento de 4% sobre o mesmo período de 2016.

“Nos últimos 12 meses, o desempenho é negativo de 5%, mas os resultados vem indicando que estamos iniciando uma recuperação, depois de dois anos superdifíceis, o que nos dá a certeza de que estamos no caminho certo para retomar o crescimento”, disse o presidente da Anamaco, Cláudio Conz.

A pesquisa também mostrou que todas as regiões do país tiveram crescimento nas vendas de material de construção. Segundo Conz, o fim do período de matrículas escolares e de pagamento de impostos permitiu que as pessoas pudessem voltar a pensar em reformas na casa.

Cartão Reforma

“Além disso, a previsão é que em abril saia o primeiro edital do Cartão Reforma, de R$ 100 milhões, iniciando em maio a distribuição na primeira cidade, que será Caruaru, Pernambuco. Depois disso, será um edital por mês, até atingir o teto de R$ 1 bilhão em 2017. Isso deve ter um impacto muito positivo no nosso setor e a nossa previsão é de fechar o ano com crescimento de 5% sobre o ano passado, recuperando as perdas de 2016.”

Segundo a pesquisa, mesmo com os números de março, o otimismo do setor em relação ao governo caiu, passando de 54% para 45%. O levantamento indica que 37% dos entrevistados pretendem investir em 2017. Já a intenção de contratar novos funcionários no mês de maio diminuiu de 16% para 13%.

Os lojistas acreditam também que o setor pode ter queda no mês de abril. “Março foi um mês com muito mais dias úteis do que fevereiro, e como fevereiro sempre é um mês muito ruim, a probabilidade é de termos um desempenho mais discreto no mês que se inicia”, disse Conz.
